Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by ph14:

• "ph14" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ph14.app, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ph14 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful completion of ph14's registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's ph14 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from ph14.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that regulates ph14's operations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph14 — whether by visiting ph14.app, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using ph14 and close any existing Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph14. They apply alongside ph14's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ph14, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. ph14 strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification.
2. You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and where ph14 is permitted to offer its services. Players located in jurisdictions where ph14's services are restricted or prohibited are not eligible to register or play.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ph14 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — including those administered through ph14's own responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

ph14 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph14 may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one ph14 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — for any reason, including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ph14 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ph14 strongly recommends that all players enable SMS-based two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized the activity.

• Never share your ph14 Account credentials with any other person.
• Do not use the same password for ph14 that you use for other online services.
• Contact ph14 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• ph14 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

ph14 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks — including requesting government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during the Account lifecycle, particularly before processing a withdrawal request.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ph14 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the ph14 cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your ph14 Account Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ph14 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or GCash/PayMaya system outages.

Withdrawals from ph14 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into the same Account, subject to ph14's anti-money laundering procedures.
• ph14 targets GCash withdrawal processing in under 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. This is a target standard and not a guaranteed Service Level Agreement. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to three Philippine banking business days.
• ph14 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and AML checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays of up to 72 hours in exceptional circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

ph14 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this general section.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ph14 bonuses:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• ph14 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds if ph14 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, collusion with other players, or exploitation of system errors.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the applicable validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• ph14 may withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including promotions that are currently active.
• Players who have opted into ph14's self-exclusion or cooling-off tools are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph14 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

ph14 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all electronic casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed game providers and conducted by professional human dealers. ph14 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

• ph14 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the failure.
• If a game round cannot be completed or reconstructed, the wager for that round may be refunded to the Player's Balance.
• ph14 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Winnings generated as a result of a software error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

ph14 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a pricing error, or in circumstances where ph14 reasonably believes the integrity of the game or market has been compromised.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph14 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using ph14 if you are under 21 years of age or if you are located in a jurisdiction where ph14's services are not permitted.
• Creating more than one Account, or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using ph14 to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with ph14's platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or other competitive formats.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph14 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any genuine deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider.

Intellectual Property

All content on ph14 — including but not limited to the ph14 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, software, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph14 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph14's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph14 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of ph14's software or platform.
• Use ph14's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of ph14 on any other website or platform.

Unauthorized use of ph14's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine and applicable international intellectual property laws.

Privacy & Data Protection

ph14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to ph14 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

ph14 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and licensed KYC verification service providers where required by Philippine law or regulation.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data held by ph14, subject to ph14's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. To exercise your data rights, contact ph14 support.

Responsible Gaming

ph14 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible gambling among all Filipino players. Gambling at ph14 is intended solely as a form of entertainment. ph14 strongly cautions all players that gambling involves financial risk and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

ph14 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard at any time with no approval delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph14 Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

Account Suspension & Termination

ph14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph14.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player against a genuine deposit.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Technical, security, or compliance reasons at ph14's discretion.

Players may voluntarily close their ph14 Account at any time by contacting ph14 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraud, ph14 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities and forfeit the Balance in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph14's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their ph14 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph14 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how they arise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond ph14's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's use of ph14 in a jurisdiction where ph14's services are not permitted.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ph14's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of ph14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes directly with ph14 through the following process:

1. Submit a formal written complaint to ph14 support, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
2. ph14 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 Philippine business days.
3. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph14's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints division.

ph14 is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures as a condition of its regulatory licence. PAGCOR's determination on disputes within its jurisdiction is binding on ph14.

Amendments to These Terms

ph14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph14 will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification upon login, email to the registered Account address, or a prominent notice on the ph14.app homepage.

The effective date of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of ph14 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using ph14 and may request Account closure by contacting ph14 support. Closing your Account due to a terms amendment will not result in any penalty, and any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to you in the normal manner.
